His unique approach to momentum stock trading using an outside the box approach to stock price trend analysis led to the development of the BottomSpringers approach to stock trading and creation of the Surfer’s Guide to Stock Investing momentum trading courses.

He also has a background in alternative healthcare having started an integrative healthcare association (American Integrated Healthcare Association) in his eternal quest to bring some sanity to America's healthcare system. He has had editorials published in Time magazine and his healthcare reform proposals have been evaluated by the Clinton/ Gore and Ross Perot presidential campaign committees. He is currently writing-21st Century Medicine-A Return to its Roots and 101 Case Histories of Cancer Healed Naturally in between his daily involvement with the BottomSpringers stock trading chat room.

He has also recently founded AmericanUtopia.org an organization of concerned citizens who desire to affect change in many of the issues that face America today (healthcare, empowering people, energy and the environment and politics). He resides in Woodstock, Georgia with his wife Eleanor.

J. Daryl Thompson is President and CEO of Trade Your Way To Wealth LLC.

Daryl became smitten with the stock market in 1988, when he began working for a reclusive billionaire investment counselor. When Daryl discovered the billionaire made his billions simply by creating a consistent annual return of 14 – 16% for his investors, Daryl’s “I can do that too!” attitude turned him on to the stock market.

Through intense self-study (poring through mountains of investing and trading books!), Daryl stumbled on a system using a formula that finally “made sense” to him. Using the system, Daryl immediately created an average 80% annual return during most of the 1990’s. He found Cisco Systems at the “pivot point of the decade” – October of 1990. Although he didn’t ride CSCO all the way to its eventual 75,000% 10-year run, he was quite happy with his returns. He was also extremely fond of two 10-baggers (over 1,000% return in one year) he found via his analysis – NBTY – Nature’s Bounty and TASR – Taser. The one TASR trade paid for Daryl’s villa on the beautiful island of Contadora in Panama.

After almost 15 years with the billionaire, Daryl decided it was time to strike out on his own. His first venture was a partnership with one of the world’s leading experts in the art of reading, interpreting and trading with Japanese Candlesticks. Using the knowledge obtained through an intense mentorship with that expert, combined with his previous system for extracting unusually large profits from the market, Daryl created and refined a hybrid system that uses the “best of the best” features of each individual system. The results have been truly astounding. Now 350 – 400% annual returns are not unusual, and Daryl recently discovered a 5-bagger in just five days. Daryl’s forte is finding DDPGs – Double Digit Percentage Gainers in one day. In 2006, he found over 221 of them – about one a day on average.

Daryl then started his present company – Trade Your Way To Wealth LLC. The grand purpose of TYWTW is to create an international Mastermind Group of traders and investors, all helping each other to trading success, and giving some of the results of that success back to local communities, favorite charities, etc. At TYWTW, he teaches unique trading systems to create wealth in the markets, not just an investment return.

Daryl is now proudly associated with the other members of the BottomSpringers Club – Paul Lemal, Gary Lane and Jason Lane. Working together as the “Three Tenors of Trading”, Paul, Gary and Daryl are combining their unique trading talents to create a forum to breed the most talented, profit-producing traders and investors in the world.

Daryl and his wife Barbara reside in Houston, Texas. They have one daughter, Stacy, who is married to a wonderful guy – Adam Walton.

Gary Lane literally grew up with the stock market. His father, Carl, was a stockbroker on Wall St. until the late 70’s. Gary has been doing stock analysis since the age of 10 or so, reading and analyzing stock information from the Wall St. Journal with his father. His first “real job” was working on the floor of the American Stock Exchange moving stock certificates for buy and sell orders in the late 60’s. He then went on to a job training to be an executive for a now out of business firm that was very big on Wall St. by the name of E.F. Hutton & Co. In 1976, he went on to start a successful stained glass business with his soon to be wife, Vicki, which they have owned and operated since and still own to this day.

In 1992, yearning for the excitement and financial freedom that the world of trading stocks that he had left behind over 15 years prior, Gary decided it was time to get back into the market as a private investor. By 1997, he was doing so well trading that he decided to leave the glass business to his wife and trade stocks on a full time basis. He is currently a very successful private investor, a partner in the World Class Bottomspringers club and chat room, and one of the “Three Tenors of Trading”, where he shares his views, stock picks, analysis, and over 40 years of stock market experience with Bottomspringers club members from all over the world. He is co-author of “Catch A Wave” and “Bottomspringers Bottom Plays” along with Paul Lemal and J. Daryl Thompson and has more book projects planned in the near future.

Jason Lane is the Vice President of Marketing for Bottomspringers, Inc. He is the third generation of professional stock traders in his family. His father Gary has been a successful private investor for many years, and taught Jason technical analysis at a very young age. Jason has been successfully trading stocks since he was a teenager, and helped finance his college education trading stocks online.

Jason has a B.A. in Marketing/Communications from The State University of New York - Albany, with a double minor in Economics and Sociology.

He has worked in the sports marketing and print advertising fields, and has also done public relations and fundraising for a nationwide non-profit organization.

Jason is a very successful trader, and a protégé to Gary, Paul, and Daryl - the Three Tenors of Trading. He is also a major contributor to our chat room, and has found some of the better trades mentioned in the club. Jason helps to keep the “business” aspect of the Bottomspringers club and website running, leaving The Three Tenors free to do what they do best - find great trades and give great insight, in both our chat room and our book series.

He is also an avid poker player, snowboarder, surfer, and a trained chef who volunteers his free time cooking for a homeless shelter in San Diego, CA, where he lives and has plans to open a restaurant some day.
